Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a core member of the company's management team, fully responsible for the company's financial strategic planning, capital operations, risk management, fund allocation, and financial system construction. The CFO supports the company's strategic decisions from a financial perspective, driving corporate growth and capital appreciation while ensuring financial compliance and sound operations. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning
Formulate and implement the company's overall financial strategy and medium-to-long-term development plan;
Organize the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor their implementation;
Optimize capital structure and capital utilization efficiency to improve financial performance.
Financial Operations and Management
Oversee accounting, auditing, taxation, cost, and cash flow management;
Ensure financial statements are truthful, accurate, and compliant with national and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS);
Promote the construction of a digital financial system to improve corporate management efficiency.
Risk Control and Compliance Management
Establish and improve the internal control and risk management system;
Ensure the company's compliant operation in finance, taxation, and legal fields;
Responsible for tax planning and cross-border fund management to reduce financial risks.
Capital Operations and Investment Management
Responsible for the company's investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market-related affairs;
Maintain good relationships with banks, investment institutions, auditing firms, and regulatory authorities;
Lead major capital projects such as IPOs, bond issuances, and equity financing.
Strategic Support and Decision-Making Participation
Provide strategic financial analysis and decision-making support to the Board of Directors and management;
Participate in the company's strategic planning and major operational decisions;
Assess the financial feasibility of new businesses, new markets, and investment projects.
Team Building and Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team;
Optimize organizational structure and enhance team collaboration and execution;
Establish a transparent, efficient, and compliant financial culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field;
MBA, CPA, or CFA qualifications are preferred;
Over 10 years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership position (e.g., CFO or VP of Finance);
Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (GAAP/IFRS) and capital market operations;
Excellent strategic planning, business acumen, and data analysis skills;
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities;
Experience working in multinational corporations, listed companies, or large group enterprises is preferred;
Proficient in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
