What You’ll Bring

3+ years of local media sales management or general management experience
Proven success at the sales leadership level, with both traditional and digital media brands with documented success
Experience building positive internal culture as well as strong client and community relationships
Identify, recruit, coach and develop high-performance sales talent and build a successful team to ensure continued top line growth.
Strong emphasis on driving new local direct and digital revenue, while providing creative ideas to help achieve these goals.
Strong communication and team building skills.
