Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to keep the organization running smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical in supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term company growth. The ideal candidate is exceptionally responsive, executes quickly and precisely, and thrives under pressure. No task is too big or too small.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the team can operate efficiently by making sure they have the tools, resources, and support they need.
- Manage office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, and workspace coordination.
- Handle onboarding for new employees and support questions related to benefits and HR processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operations-related questions and proactively resolve issues.
- Support purchasing, vendor management, shipping and receiving, and asset tracking.
- Assist with project management across internal initiatives, helping teams maintain schedules and momentum.
- Support marketing initiatives, including coordinating events, preparing materials, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with planning and logistics for company events, team-building activities, and culture / employee experience efforts.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as identifying and evaluating future test sites and planning office expansion.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role.
- Highly responsive and able to execute quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm under pressure; you can triage and move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise.
- Thrives in a dynamic, startup environment where processes evolve as we grow.
