We’re looking for Business & Operations Associates to work directly with the founder on strategy, research, and execution. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll do:
- Research markets, competitors, and financial models for new ventures.
- Create decks, plans, and reports to support strategy.
- Build and maintain project trackers, ensuring initiatives stay on schedule.
- Handle documentation, coordination, and follow-ups across projects.
- Explore new tools and AI platforms to improve operations.
You should have:
- 0–3 years’ experience (fresh grads welcome).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills.
- Passion for startups and innovation.
