Our client is a pioneer in the manufacturing and distribution sector with significant growth potential. They are looking for a global financial leader to automate and improve the efficiency of their divisions. This will be a fully on-site role in Hartford County, CT.
Key requirements include:
- Candidate will have held stable, long term employment throughout their career.
- Will have recently held a significant financial leadership position within a private company greater than $100M in revenue, preferably family-founder led and structured as a S-corp.
- Will have significant experience within the manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
- Will have global consolidation experience and knowledge of the global market and trends.
- Will have experience with multiple revenue streams, inventory management, and cash forecasting.
This role will be a hands-on yet strategic position that is operationally focused and will help drive growth. Culture fit will be extremely important. Full relocation package will be provided if necessary.
