Job Overview
As a Senior Sales and Business Operations Central Specialist, you will work with the account team of one of our global retail customers to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the business strategy. In addition, you will collaborate on improvement projects for the standardization, optimization, and automation of sales and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- In your role, you will work closely with the global account management team of an international client
- Your responsibilities will include monthly reporting and annual budget and monthly forecast planning, as well as developing measures to improve results in collaboration with the global account team, delivery units, and national subsidiaries
- Preparing and conducting monthly business reviews
- Collaborating on the drafting of contracts and the preparation of customer price and project calculations
- Analyzing opportunities for increasing efficiency and implementing process improvements in reporting, planning, and forecasting processes, and putting them into practice.
- Last but not least, you will ensure invoicing and compliance with contractually agreed value flows.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration or comparable training
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in commercial functions
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Experience in providing commercial support to international customers and working in multinational teams
- Excellent organizational, networking, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel to appointments with customers abroad.
