About UsLet’s Fearlessly Grow is a fast-moving outbound and AI-enabled lead generation agency. We partner with agencies and tech companies across the UK and US to help them book high-intent sales conversations using personalised messaging, efficient systems and next-generation AI tools.
We are a small, ambitious team with a strong performance culture and a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work closely with our Founder and Head of Operations, gaining exposure to how a modern commercial engine runs end-to-end.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow quickly, learn valuable commercial and AI skills, and work in a flexible, dynamic setting.
About the RoleAs a Revenue Operations Associate, you will support the systems, processes and communication that keep our outbound campaigns and client delivery running smoothly. This role blends elements of sales operations, campaign execution, client support, workflow optimisation and AI-assisted delivery.
You do not need extensive experience. Strong written English, high attention to detail, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Support
• Assist with the setup, QA and launch of outbound email campaigns
• Use AI tools and automations to improve speed and quality
• Help maintain consistency and clarity across messaging
Lead Engagement
• Respond to inbound leads with thoughtful, natural written communication
• Research companies to write personalised replies
• Escalate strong opportunities to the leadership team with clear context
Client Experience
• Support communication with clients, including updates and minor adjustments
• Help identify issues early and contribute to solutions
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions
Process and Systems
• Experiment with AI tools to automate or streamline repetitive tasks
• Suggest workflow improvements and help document best practices
• Support the team in building more efficient operational systems
Collaboration
• Work closely with the Founder and Head of Operations
• Attend in-person collaboration days at our Battersea Power Station workspace
• Participate in occasional team offsites and workshops

• 0–3 years experience in B2B sales, marketing, customer success, operations or a similar area (or a recent graduate)
