We’re supporting a leading industrial technology organization in hiring a Sales Business Analyst to join their corporate sales team. This individual will play a key role in improving the performance and efficiency of customer-facing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. The ideal candidate enjoys systems thinking, process optimization, and bringing business workflows to life through technology.
Responsibilities:
· Act as the subject-matter expert for sales and marketing business systems.
· Manage configuration, onboarding, and support of CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ platforms.
· Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and implement process improvements.
· Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
· Stay current on emerging tools and technologies to enhance business operations.
· Create and manage project plans, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
· Provide system support, resolve user tickets, and deliver end-user training.
Qualifications:
· Experience administering CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
· Familiarity with CPQ platforms such as DealHub or similar.
· Proven ability to design process automations and workflow solutions.
· Strong analytical and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business productivity tools
