As a
Sales Operations Executive for SIG UK, you’ll play a critical role in enabling the success of our sales team. You’ll work closely with sales professionals, marketing teams, and bid managers—giving you exposure to the full sales cycle and the strategies that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Understand SIG UK’s product and service portfolio and how it fits into customer solutions.
- Monitor procurement portals to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and CPQ, ensuring visibility of the sales pipeline.
- Generate reports and insights to help the team make data-driven decisions.
- Provide administrative support to sales staff as needed.
Bid Support
- Schedule bid review meetings and track actions.
- Prepare bid documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain resource plans and assist with bid submissions.
Marketing Support
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Manage sponsorship packages and marketing materials.
- Support lead capture and post-event follow-up.

Education / Qualifications
- You have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role with either a degree, Diploma or Certificate in business administration or another relevant professional certification
- You are proficient with MS Office 365 applications
- You should have previous working knowledge of SFDC and “Configure, Price, Quote” (CPQ) style systems
- You are passionate about business quality and efficiency
- Can demonstrate aptitude to learn new systems and procedures
- Have good verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- You are confident in yourself and a good team player
- You will be able to demonstrate flexibility and compromise at the right time
