Our client is a multi-billion dollar food company looking for a Sales Operations Manager for their north side Chicagoland headquarters.
Reporting to the VP of Retail Sales & Marketing, this person will primarily support the sales team in analyzing inventory data for frozen retail products while managing the Supply Chain. From demand planning to ensuring proper order fulfillment, the successful candidate will help to avoid product shortages while maintaining high levels of customer service. Additionally, this person will utilize syndicated data to research industry trends in retail, consumption data to identify insights that will translate into business initiatives and sales opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or distribution is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting proficiency; ERP or CRM experience preferred
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on accuracy, follow-through, and teamwork
