Job Summary:
Looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team, optimize processes, manage sales data, and improve overall sales performance. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent coordination, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day sales operations, forecasting, and process evaluation.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Build reports/dashboards and share actionable insights with management.
- Train sales reps on processes, tools, and CRM usage.
- Act as central coordinator across sales, management, and other departments.
- Maintain customer and product master data.
- Manage relationships with assigned SaaS customers, drive adoption, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance or related field.
- 2+ years in sales operations, customer success, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
