This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead all aspects of the financial function and mentor a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Enhance financial reporting and operational efficiencies.
- Audit, Accounting and Internal Controls. Play a key role in company’s use of a new ERP system, including helping define and deliver real-time KPIs that are critical to business operations and financial disclosure, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing finance team by providing direct mentorship, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership and management to help develop and execute a strategic plan that includes both short-term and long-term growth goals.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or another applicable program is required.
- CPA or CMA, combined with an MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
- Must have previous experience in a CFO role. Minimum of 3 years as CFO.
- 10+ years of leadership in broad-based finance/strategic business roles.
- CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience required.
- Experience with Business Central system required.
- Proficiency in financial analytics and synthesizing results to identify trends, challenges and opportunities to make business decision.
- Proven track record of running and enhancing financial operations
- Exceptional ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a strong team.
