Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and reporting functions. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will work closely with the CEO and other Executive Management to drive financial strategy, oversee fiscal operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to promote growth and stability.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Lead corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee regulatory reporting processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness in filings related to governmental accounting standards.
- Lead mergers & acquisitions initiatives by conducting market analysis, financial due diligence, valuation assessments, and negotiations to support strategic growth opportunities.
- Implement SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance measures across all financial processes to enhance transparency and accountability.
- Maximize revenue, cost control, expense management, and profit & loss analysis to maximize organizational profitability.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for senior leadership and board members; interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee payroll and other technical accounting functions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead a high-performing finance team by providing mentorship, supervision, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within finance or accounting functions; prior CFO experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance principles including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards including GAAP.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced financial modeling tools; familiarity with technical accounting standards is essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
