Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Chief Financial Officer is HyperGrowth’s capital strategist. The architect behind the systems, structures, and compounding flywheel that power a global, multi-asset platform.
You will lead fundraising, capital markets, M&A, and family-office formation, ensuring our financial architecture scales in lockstep with HyperGrowth’s sovereign ambition.

This is financial engineering at sovereign scale — where capital becomes infrastructure and execution compounds into legacy.
Key Mandates & Responsibilities
Capital Architecture & Sovereign-Scale Strategy
- Design and command HyperGrowth’s capital architecture across venture, private equity, real estate, and platform-level entities.
- Lead capital raises, institutional partnerships, and strategic alliances at $5B+ scale.
- Structure innovative and multi-layered capital solutions: funds, SPVs, joint ventures, sovereign partnerships, and hybrid structures.
- Create capital frameworks that ensure compounding, continuity, and defensibility over decades.
Financial Infrastructure & Global Operating System
- Architect a multi-entity global financial operating system that integrates liquidity, accounting, governance, tax, and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Build and oversee all finance functions: treasury, FP&A, audit, tax, risk, investor relations, and reporting.
- Deploy financial systems and technology that support real-time intelligence, forecasting, and capital deployment.
Fundraising, Partnerships & Institutional Alliances
- Lead high stakes fundraising with sovereign funds, institutional partners, strategic investors, and global family offices.
- Oversee investment structures, co-investment partnerships, and large-scale institutional relationships.
- Serve as the platform’s financial ambassador to external partners and capital allocators.
Risk Management, Governance & Global Controls
- Build enterprise-wide frameworks for risk, governance, and financial resilience.
- Ensure operational discipline, capital protection, and compliance across global jurisdictions.
- Partner with Legal to align governance with multi-entity structures and international expansion.
M&A, Valuation & Capital Deployment
- Lead due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration for acquisitions and asset purchases across verticals.
- Drive capital allocation strategy to ensure returns are aligned with platform priorities and long-term compounding.
Family Office Integration & Generational Planning
- Partner with the Founder on family-office structuring, estate strategy, asset protection, and multi-generational continuity.
- Bridge corporate finance with principal-level structures to ensure alignment, tax efficiency, and long-term stewardship.
Team Leadership & Organizational Scale
- Build and command a world-class global finance organization, capable of executing across borders, asset classes, and cycles.
- Recruit elite operators and mentor rising leaders to develop a high-performance financial culture.
- Instill discipline, speed, and precision across the organization.
Who you are
- A sovereign-scale financial architect who has led complex, global capital ecosystems.
- 15+ years in senior finance roles within private equity, venture capital, sovereign wealth, real estate, or family offices.
- Proven track record raising and managing multi-billion-dollar funds and institutional partnerships.
- Deep expertise in structured finance, fund formation, capital markets, governance, and M&A.
- Trusted by boards, investors, and founders for precision, integrity, and strategic clarity.
- Operates with discipline, speed, and foresight, balancing bold ambition with risk-managed execution.
- Thrives in environments defined by velocity, complexity, and high expectations.
