We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team, B2B partners, and customer service functions. This role involves coordinating customer accounts, preparing sales proposals, managing order processes, and providing light customer service oversight. You’ll work closely with both domestic and overseas teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
We are a small, growing company seeking a motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team, B2B customers, and customer service activities. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and able to think logically to solve problems. Full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Account Support (90%)
- Follow up with B2B customers, partners, and key accounts
- Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and marketing materials
- Coordinate orders and manage vendor/customer forms
- Liaise with production for order updates, samples, audits, and quality checks
Customer Service Support (10%)
- Assist domestic and overseas customer service teams with inquiries and requests
- Help resolve customer issues and ensure proper follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred
- Strong logic, common sense, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Education
- College or University diploma preferred (Business or Science fields an asset)
