The Role:
As CFO you will drive financial strategy, governance and performance. You will report directly to the board and the CEO. You will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance and provide insights that will drive our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Manage accounting, treasury and tax compliance.
Drive risk management and internal controls.
Advise the Board and CEO on strategic financial conditions.
Build and mentor a high performing finance team.
About You:
CPA/CA qualified - MBA or working to that will be highly regarded.
7+ years in senior finance roles, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Expertise in ERP systems and financial technologies.
