We are looking for an International Chief Financial Officer (m/f)!
As a true partner to senior management and a support to industrial departments, you will have a good command of financial management in industry, with more than £300 million. You will be required to:
- Implement management procedures and monitoring indicators, which are the cornerstone of our group
- Ensure reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with procedures and schedules
- Supervise cash flows / manage and supervise cash flow
- Analyse the financial situation (balance sheet, analysis, dashboards, activity indicators and reports)
- Ensure that the company's financial objectives are met
- Establish budget forecasts
- Co-lead negotiations with various parties (banks, administrations, etc.)
- Monitor international financial, tax and legal standards
- Organise and coordinate the activities of the administrative and financial department
More than 10 years' experience in managing financial teams and in the industrial sector with a turnover of more than €300 million.
Significant experience in industrial management control.
