About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Operations Intern who’s passionate about learning how AI transforms business decision-making, efficiency, and growth. This isn’t a typical operations internship — you’ll work at the intersection of data, AI, and strategy, supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive our intelligent systems and help scale a high-growth AI company.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to AI-powered business analytics, automation workflows, and data-driven problem solving, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to streamline and automate workflows using AI-driven tools and data insights.
- Analyze operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI optimization.
- Support the implementation of AI-enabled dashboards and real-time performance tracking.
- Work on strategic initiatives that improve scalability, process efficiency, and user experience.
- Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to strengthen business intelligence models.
- Participate in business reviews, providing AI-supported insights and recommendations.
- Document process improvements and help train internal teams on AI-integrated systems.
- Support cross-functional projects involving predictive analytics, process automation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; curious about how AI shapes business strategy.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; bonus points for familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Passionate about technology, automation, and learning how AI impacts business operations.
