About the R
ole:Halo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to serve as the Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for improving core sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. The ideal candidate has experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM systems such as Salesforce) and AI tools and will improve processes to ensure the sales organization is operating at maximum productiv
ity.

- ties:Responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including data management, process execution, analysis and repor
- ting.Using sales performance data, will identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks in the sales pipeline and execution m
- odel.Develop, manage, and distribute accurate sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, cycle t
- ime).Manage and maintain Halo’s CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and accurate representation of the sales pipe
- line.Collaborate with Finance to provide data for sales forecasting inputs to support financial planning and budgeting proce
- sses.Administer and refine sales supporting functions such as quota setting and territory align
- ment.Collaborate with the sales team leaders to document and refine sales processes to help improve workflow and overall sales team producti
vity.
Key Qualifica
- tions:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative
- field.2+ years of experience in Sales, Operations or a highly analytical business fun
- ction.Practical experience with Salesforce CRM administration and reporting, including dashboard creation and process autom
- ation.Familiarity with AI tools and applic
- ationsStrong analytical and quantitative skills; able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommenda
- tions.Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Powe
- r BI).Experience administering elements of sales infrastructure, such as sales compensation, quota modeling, or territory pla
- nning.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present detailed analysis clearly and concisely to internal stakeho
lders.
