Chief Financial Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established
Substance Use Disorder organization looking to add a seasoned and strategic
CFO to help lead their financial and accounting functions. This position is based in the
Ohio River Valley area. This person will oversee all financial planning, accounting, and revenue cycle functions. Senior level leadership experience with a multi-service line behavioral/mental healthcare organization is required. Experience with Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers is preferred. Chief Financial Officer Job Requirements
- Executive financial / accounting leadership experience with multiple healthcare service lines.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and / or CPA preferred.
- SUD/Mental Health experience preferred.
- Process Improvement experience.
Chief Financial Officer Job Responsibilities
- Oversite all accounting, revenue cycle, and analytics & planning functions.
- Supervise and mentor directly reporting managers.
- Analyze data and metrics to improve financial processes, performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strategic collaboration with senior leadership.
