Eton Bridge Partners are excited to be working in an exclusive partnership with a private equity-backed business services provider located near Winchester, to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer.
This is a great opportunity for a strategically & operationally focused CFO to lead a growing UK business and driving the business through to an exit process.
Responsibilities
- Departmental management: leading the finance teams, monitoring and motivating the staff and delegating responsibilities effectively to appropriate individuals
- Forecasting & budgeting: develop real-time monitoring of estimated performance to budget
- Management accounting & systems development: developing & maintaining reporting systems including project profitability analysis
- Financial accounting & statutory reporting: ensure suitable and robust financial controls are maintained across the group.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management and working capital
- Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
- Prior CFO experience in a standalone business or large division
- 10+ years' of finance experience
- Qualified accountant
