Revenue Operations Analyst
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join a global payments company where you will support the International Acceptance strategy by turning data into clear insights, improving KPI reporting, and helping operationalise market playbooks. You will work closely with Strategy, Data, sales/partnerships to keep the acceptance programme moving with speed and discipline.
What you will do
- Build and maintain core dashboards (Spend Coverage, Location Coverage, Customer Journey lists, GTM lists).
- Clean, structure, and validate merchant, acquirer and BIN-level data to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting.
- Analyse market, merchant, and partner performance and surface clear insights for senior leadership.
- Support operational governance: status tracking, KPI baselines, templates, and monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Prepare presentations and one-pagers for internal stakeholders (VPs, President, Data, GTM).
- Help coordinate delivery across markets (UK, MX, FR, ES, IT, JP), acting as a connector across teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and powerpoint draft development.
What you bring
- Strong analytical mindset; confident in Excel/Sheets and SQL and ideally snowflake.
- Ability to clean and structure messy data with discipline.
- Clear, simple written communication; able to translate data into business implications.
- High ownership, reliable follow-through, and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Curiosity about (and ideally experience in) payments, merchants, PSPs, and the global acquiring and payment network ecosystem.
