We are looking for a commercially focused sales operations professional to manage and translate sales data into meaningful actionable intelligence, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement for sales teams.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the post holder will provide insightful analytical support to maximise sales performance across sales channels and against the key metrics of volume, average revenue per unit (ARPU), cost per acquisition (CPA) and retention rate.
Key Duties will include

Compilation of field sales walk lists to maximise sales potential, coordinated with Go to Market (GTM strategy).

Review of Field sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement - location changes, time of knocks, location specific feedback.

Presenting new offers for consideration following analysis of customer feedback

Co-ordination of retention offer process, analysing impact on back book ARPU, assessing conversion and churn rates and recommending updates if necessary

Management of leads process, cleansing against network and customer data, filtering by type and sending clean data to sales agency on daily basis

Review of tele-sales performance data, supporting Head of Sales with meaningful analysis to engage with agency management on improvement initiatives

Update sales CRM with sales data from external sources as required
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience managing data in an operational environment and:

Analytical Skills - to be comfortable working with large volumes of data and able to meet the demands of the various sales channels

Problem solving approach – able to use data to recommend effective changes to sales strategy and identify root causes of issues.

This opportunity is based in our Inverness office and is a fixed-term contract for a minimum of six months, you will need to be eligible to work in the UK.
