Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst — In-Office (Bengaluru)

About the Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of our GTM team. Your job: make sales, marketing, and customer success run like a tight, instrumented system. You’ll own CRM hygiene, funnels, dashboards, reporting, workflows, automations, and process improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked inside a SaaS sales function and wants to move into full-fledged RevOps.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of our CRM (HubSpot).
- Manage lead routing, deal stages, sales pipelines, and lifecycle definitions.
- Create dashboards and reports to track funnel health, conversion metrics, and team performance.
- Improve GTM processes—identify leaks, fix broken steps, standardize workflows.
- Support the sales team with better views, playbooks, fields, templates, and reporting.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure attribution, contact quality, and lead flow accuracy.
- Build and maintain basic integrations between tools (HubSpot ↔ forms, website, email tools, outreach tools).
- Assist in setting up automated sequences, task triggers, and notifications.
- Maintain documentation for processes, fields, and GTM systems.
- Run weekly audits to keep the CRM clean, fast, and reliable.
- Support leadership with BI dashboards (HubSpot/Google Sheets/Looker/etc.).
- Evaluate and implement new tools as we scale the GTM stack.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a SaaS sales/support/revops role.
- Strong understanding of CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to build dashboards, reports, and funnel views.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
- Process-oriented; ability to identify system inefficiencies and fix them.
- Comfort with integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, native HubSpot automations).
- High ownership and willingness to work across sales + marketing + CS.
- Strong communication and documentation habits.
- Comfortable working from the office in Bengaluru.
Nice to Have
- Experience in BI tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, Metabase).
- Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, SalesNav, Clay).
- Ability to write simple automation logic, formulas, or scripts.
- Experience supporting US/EU sales cycles.
