Your Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations
- You further develop our tech stack (HubSpot, Clay & Co.) and ensure that data is clean, consistent, and usable.
- You continuously optimize sales processes — data-driven, efficient, and with a strong focus on automation.
- You set up new workflows, integrate tools, and make sure data flows smoothly between systems.
- You own our KPI tracking and build dashboards that genuinely help teams make faster decisions.
- You support the preparation of commission calculations and ensure transparent and traceable foundations.
Go-to-Market / Marketing & Sales Alignment
- You analyze markets and target groups and derive effective strategies and actions from them.
- You create and prioritize lead lists, perform enrichments, and evaluate MQLs realistically and critically.
- You work closely with our marketing team, provide feedback on campaigns and A/B tests, and contribute your perspective to new campaign ideas.
- You connect teams, create transparency, and ensure that marketing and sales operate as a fully integrated GTM unit.
Your Profile:
- You speak good German (at least B2) and feel at home in B2B SaaS environments.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM roles — ideally complemented by experience in Sales, Controlling, or Operations.
- You are familiar with modern GTM tech stacks and work confidently with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay or comparable tools.
- You work analytically and in a structured manner and have a strong sense for metrics, processes, and growth drivers.
- You are good at prioritizing, work independently, and think proactively.
- You communicate clearly, diplomatically, and at eye level — whether with Marketing, Sales, or Leadership.
- You are team-oriented, constructive, and bring energy and motivation to collaboration.
