About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager supports the day-to-day operations that help our regional sales teams work efficiently and deliver great results. This role focuses on improving processes, managing systems, and making sure our teams have what they need to work effectively and safely.
You’ll also help coordinate logistics, rentals, fleet, and asset management for the Western region, working closely with the sales, service, and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide the operations team to work well together and achieve shared goals.
- Maintain and improve sales operations processes to keep work running smoothly from start to finish.
- Help drive D365 use across the team and support system improvements that reduce admin and streamline workflows.
- Assist with sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and deal processes alongside the Region Manager.
- Prepare accurate reports and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions.
- Coordinate logistics, rentals, fleet, and asset activities to ensure equipment is reliable, safe, and compliant.
- Support WHS requirements, including risk assessments and incident follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement across the region.
About You
- You have experience in operations or coordination roles and are ready to grow into a leadership position.
- You communicate clearly, work well with others, and take ownership of your work.
- You’re organised, practical, and enjoy bringing structure to your day-to-day tasks.
- You’re comfortable working with data, reports, and sales processes.
- You’re confident using technology and willing to learn systems like D365.
- You look for ways to make processes easier and more efficient.
- You enjoy supporting others and contributing to a positive team culture.
- You understand the importance of working safely and following WHS guidelines.
