Position Summary:
As a Sales Operations Manager for Pyle, you will work closely with Sales leadership and support the Sales organization by optimizing processes, managing data integrity and analysis, representing sales on CRM committee, enabling strategic growth initiatives and improving cross-functional work flows between sales, marketing, customer service, and pricing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing systems and processes that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Designing, implementing, and continuously refining sales processes to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and forecasting accuracy
- Monitoring and analyzing sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partnering with leadership to set sales targets, quotas, and incentive plans that align with company goals
- Partnering with Sales Leadership to standardize best practices across territories and teams
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing automation or workflow improvements
- Assisting with territory optimization and account assignment functions
- Conducting pipeline analysis, forecasting, and territory performance reviews to support strategic decision-making
- Working with BI and data teams to develop and manage customer and performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting
- Assisting with customer facing reporting and presentation needs
- Performing ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision making and board-level reporting
- Assisting with design and administration of Sales compensation program
- Working with Salesforce administrator, BI, Technology and Sales leadership, to streamline sales activities, enhance productivity, and ensure accurate and consistent data across platforms
- Assisting with onboarding new representatives and continuous learning on Sales tools, technology, and processes
- Driving adoption of digital sales tools, automation, and analytics platforms
- Managing and optimizing Sales and Pricing workflows related to RFI, RFP, and bid management
- Liaising between Sales, Operations, Pricing, Technology and Customer Service teams to support successful customer onboarding
- Administering the Customer Executive Sponsorship Program, coordinating alignment between senior executives and strategic customer accounts to strengthen relationships and retention
- Administering and coordinating a President’s Club Program, including criteria development, communications, logistics, and recognition events
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical role
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and data hygiene practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with sales compensation design and modeling
- Track record of implementing process improvements that enhance sales efficiency
- Familiarity with transportation/logistics services
- Ability to coach and lead team members
