Responsibilities:
• Act as the subject-matter expert for sales and marketing business systems.
• Manage configuration, onboarding, and support of CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ platforms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Stay current on emerging tools and technologies to enhance business operations.
• Create and manage project plans, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
• Provide system support, resolve user tickets, and deliver end-user training.
Qualifications:
• Experience administering CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Familiarity with CPQ platforms such as DealHub or similar.
• Proven ability to design process automations and workflow solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business productivity tools.
