Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Delhi, OH. The CFO will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and developing financial strategies. The role also involves providing analytical insights to guide strategic decision-making and maintaining the company's fiscal health.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and devising effective financial strategies
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and ensuring accuracy
- Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial data and support strategic decisions
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
