A long-standing healthcare organization is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance, grants, and revenue cycle operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit compliance
- Direct grants budgeting, monitoring, and financial stewardship of federal/state funding
- Provide leadership to the revenue cycle team to maximize reimbursement and ensure billing compliance
- Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership; present to the Board, Finance Committee, and Audit Committee
- Drive process improvements, technology optimization, and data transparency across the finance function
Requirements:
- CPA or MBA/Master's Degree is highly preferred
- Executive finance leadership experience
- Experience in healthcare and/or nonprofit environments
- Confident communicator comfortable partnering with the Board, committees, auditors, lenders, and senior leadership
- Blend of corporate and nonprofit experience is a plus
