Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Fort Worth, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will oversee the company’s revenue-generating functions, including sales, lead generation, and account management. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic revenue growth plans, managing sales operations, and ensuring alignment across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Collaboration with product development teams to drive business growth and optimize sales performance is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management, with a proven track record of driving client acquisition and retention goals.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to monitor, guide, and improve sales processes and lead teams to meet revenue targets.
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning to develop and implement robust revenue strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
