Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Acting Chief Financial Officer, located in Ludhiana, Punjab. The Acting CFO will oversee financial planning, prepare accurate financial statements, and manage the financial health of the company. Responsibilities include driving strategic financial initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, performing financial analysis, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. The Acting CFO will also collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and establish financial goals for sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and execute effective financial strategies
- Strong experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Excellent Analytical Skills and the capacity to interpret data to support decision-making
- Proven ability to lead financial operations and processes in a corporate setting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (M.BA)is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with prior experience in financial management at a senior level
- Familiarity with the mining or metals industry is advantageous
