Overview
Crocs is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Social Commerce – Global GTM Strategy to lead and scale our social commerce initiatives worldwide. This role will define and implement Crocs’ global social commerce go-to-market strategy, coordinate platform partnerships, expand creator and affiliate programs, and identify long-term growth opportunities across regions. As a senior strategic leader, you will harness data-driven insights, deep consumer understanding, and strong partner relationships to amplify Crocs’ presence and sales across digital channels globally.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead Crocs’ global social commerce GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, brand objectives, and overall business goals.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, and Commercial teams to drive cohesive campaign planning, advocating for the needs of the social commerce business, including product assortment, seasonal calendars, and media allocation priorities.
- Build and manage partnerships with key platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta, YouTube Shopping, Lazada/TikTok affiliates, etc.) to drive innovation and growth.
- Lead strategic relationships with creator and affiliate partners, negotiating commercial terms and scaling creator programs across markets.
- Drive test-and-learn agendas and pilot new commerce formats, translating insights into scalable programs.
- Oversee campaign execution and performance optimization, ensuring commercial benchmarks are achieved.
- Mentor, guide, and support a high-performing team, fostering global collaboration and knowledge-sharing across markets.
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of digital commerce experience, with at least 3 years in social commerce or marketplace leadership.
- Deep understanding of the North American digital ecosystem and proven track record of scaling commerce through social platforms.
- Strong negotiation and partnership management experience with platforms, creators, and agencies.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and highly collaborative environment.

Title: Sr. Manager, GTM - Social Commerce
Salary or Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
