Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations at our main office in Eau Claire. This pivotal role supports our mission of community service and sustainable growth by ensuring sound financial management and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial strategies aligned with the company’s mission.
- Manage corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead risk analysis, treasury management, and fiscal planning.
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives.
- Provide insightful financial reports to support decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar senior financial leadership roles or as a CPA are preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working in community-focused organization is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
