The Opportunity
You’ll typically work with ambitious, privately owned businesses (typically £2–£50m turnover), who are carefully matched to you, your personality and skillset, mentoring, supporting and guiding them through growth, transformation, and all the challenges that come with scaling up.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experienced at CFO/FD level for a minimum of 5 years within ambitious, growing SMEs/ also large businesses
- Experience of leading on Mergers and Acquisitions, Exits or Fundraising
- Commercially astute with strong strategic insight and leadership skills
- A natural relationship builder — someone clients describe as “trusted”, “genuine”, and “in it with me for the long run”
- Have a desire to be a valued member of a regional team of best in class experts
- Be a team player and a desire to collaborate with your Regional Director and Team Mates to drive results, learn, share, grow and help one another and clients
- High levels of emotional intelligence and a skill and desire to build long-term and meaningful connections
- Be flexible and adaptable to drive the best results for your clients and help them overcome challenges and shape and reach their goals and potential
- Be a trusted sounding board, also someone who is willing, skilled, and prepared to roll their sleeves up when needed and become part of our team, also our clients team
You’ll combine financial expertise with empathy and curiosity, asking the right questions, building real relationships, and helping business owners achieve meaningful results, not just better numbers and make a real difference.
