Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to ensure long-term fiscal health
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 standards
- Lead budgeting processes, expense management, and cost control initiatives to optimize resource allocation
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets and ensure regulatory compliance, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements
- Lead mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning
- Prepare and interpret detailed financial reports for senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Supervise financial modeling, revenue cycle management, tax accounting, and governmental accounting practices
- Oversee internal controls based on COSO framework to enhance operational integrity and transparency
- Drive business development initiatives through market analysis, revenue management strategies, and financial concepts application
Skills
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, and strategic planning with proven leadership in senior management roles
- Deep understanding of financial software systems and advanced proficiency in financial report writing and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting standards including GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606, SOX compliance, and governmental accounting practices
- Expertise in risk management techniques related to market analysis, supply chain costs, expense control, and cost management strategies
- Demonstrated success in mergers & acquisitions processes from due diligence through integration
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, profit & loss analysis, and budget development
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with supervision experience in finance departments or related units
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with a proactive approach to business analysis and financial concepts application
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on fostering collaboration within senior leadership teams for strategic growth initiatives
