Responsibilities
Must be Bi-Lingual (Korean)
Supports the Accounting Team through managing subordinates, maintaining financial documents, and reporting.
- Prepares Management Financial and Managerial Reports.
- Conducts profit margin and cost analysis.
- Prepares cost summaries.
- Manage preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, statements of cash flows
- Manage cycle accounting duties and month-end closing.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify problems.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of business concepts.
- Plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period.
- Manage cost accounting function and financial reporting.
- Inventory Costing Control; standard costing and variance analysis
- Assist monthly and annual business planning.
- Allocation of overhead costs to units of production
- Manage monthly open item, long term and obsolete inventory.
- Preparation of costing summaries
- Monitor Accounts receivable.
- Aid auditors in preparation of quarterly audit.
- Manage Investment and capital expenditure.
- Perform profitability analysis.
- Reconciliation and preparation schedule on long term debts, accrued liabilities, inter-
company AP/AR, Profit and Loss.
- Assist external and internal auditors with quarterly and annual audits by providing
requested information.
- Prepare, support, and post monthly journal entries as needed.
- Preparation of various reports
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Managerial Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
Degree Field: Accounting and Finance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,676.73 - $169,223.59 per year
