Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in the Greater Toulouse Metropolitan Area. The CFO will lead financial strategy, oversee financial operations, and ensure the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports. This role involves managing the budgeting process, financial planning, and financial risk management while implementing strategies to drive organizational growth. The CFO will collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure compliance with regulations and to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and developing comprehensive financial strategies
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and performing in-depth Financial Reporting
- Solid foundation in Finance, coupled with advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Extensive leadership experience and ability to manage financial operations with integrity and transparency
- Proven ability to navigate and ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA or CFA qualification is advantageous
- Experience in digital asset mining, blockchain, or a similar industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive organizational growth
