Integrity is focused on identifying and acquiring privately held business in the Networking, Security, and MSP Space. Integrity has closed on 1 company to date, has two companies under acquisition agreement pending close in Q1 2026 and is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to assist with the integration and management of these companies and additional companies to be acquired. Integrity will acquire companies throughout the US and is offering this position as a fully remote position to the ideal candidate.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chief Financial Officer at Integrity. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, financial reporting, analyzing financial data, future acquisition due diligence, and acquisition financing to support the operation, compliance, and growth of the organization. Experience and relationships with lenders and capital markets is not required but preferred.

- Financial Planning and Finance skills
- Experience in preparing Financial Statements
- Experience working with WIP and COGS
- Experience Managing portfolio company Accounting Teams
- M&A Experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Financial Reporting proficiency
- Excellent numerical and quantitative skills
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
