For a maternity leave coverage, we are currently looking for a
Partner Operations Specialist (m/f/d) – Credit Business Operations
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with external financial partners and internal stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and reduce operational friction.
- Identify operational gaps and propose requirements for new initiatives.
- Resolve customer-impacting issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Support new payment products or functionalities post-launch.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, conduct deep dives, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Create internal documentation and contribute to process standardization and automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on approach, solution-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills.
