The RoleWe’re looking for a GTM Engineer who will own and build our revenue automation infrastructure from the ground up. This isn’t your typical marketing or sales ops role—you’ll be the architect of our entire outbound engine, designing and implementing systems that turn MQLs into qualified pipeline at scale.
You’ll be responsible for building automated workflows that connect our CRM, enrichment tools, and outreach platforms into a seamless, AI-powered revenue machine. If you get excited about writing custom scripts to optimize lead routing, building multi-channel sequences that actually convert, and using AI to personalize outreach at scale, this role is for you.
What You’ll BuildMQL → SQL Automation Engine- Design and implement automated lead scoring, routing, and enrichment workflows
- Build triggers that identify high-intent signals (funding events, tech stack changes, hiring patterns) and automatically initiate personalized outreach
- Create real-time data pipelines that enrich leads with firmographic, technographic, and intent data
- Develop custom lead qualification logic that routes prospects to the right rep at the right time
Outbound Automation Infrastructure- Build multi-channel cadences (email → LinkedIn → retargeting) using tools like Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar
- Design trigger-based sequences that respond to buyer behavior and engagement signals
- Implement AI-driven personalization systems that customize messaging based on company data, role, and intent
- Create automated prospecting workflows that identify ICP accounts and execute targeted outreach
CRM & Revenue Operations- Configure and optimize our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to support scalable revenue operations
- Build custom dashboards and reporting systems that track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Design workflows for data hygiene, deduplication, and field standardization
- Integrate and orchestrate our entire GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, analytics)
Continuous Optimization- Run A/B tests across subject lines, messaging, cadence timing, and channels
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Iterate on ICP definitions and targeting criteria based on conversion data
- Build feedback loops that continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates
Who You AreAI-Native Technologist- You default to automation and AI for everything—if it can be scripted, you’ll script it
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, custom integrations, and no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Experience using AI tools (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to generate personalized content at scale
- You think programmatically and can turn manual processes into automated workflows
Technically Hacky- Proficient with SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and custom automation
- Experience with CRM APIs and building custom integrations
- Comfortable working in tools like Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Phantombuster, or similar
- You can debug issues, read documentation, and figure things out independently
Data-Driven Growth Mindset- Obsessed with metrics: open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC
- You run experiments constantly and let data drive decisions
- Experience analyzing funnel performance and identifying optimization opportunities
- Comfortable with analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
GTM Systems Expertise- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS buyer journey and sales funnel
- Experience building outbound systems in a high-growth startup environment
- Knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks and how to orchestrate them effectively
- Understanding of lead scoring, enrichment, and qualification best practices
Execution-Oriented- You ship fast and iterate—80% done and live beats 100% perfect and never shipped
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Self-directed and ownership-minded—you see problems and fix them without being asked
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives
Required Experience- 2-3 years in growth, sales ops, RevOps, marketing ops, or similar technical GTM roles
- Proven track record building and scaling outbound automation systems
- Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and workflow automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proficiency with modern GTM tools (Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
- Technical skills: SQL, Python/JavaScript, APIs, webhooks, automation platforms
- Experience with data enrichment and lead scoring methodologies
- Track record of improving conversion rates and pipeline metrics through automation
Nice to Have- Experience in embedded analytics, data infrastructure, or B2B SaaS companies
- Background in software engineering or technical product roles
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, data leads, engineering teams)
- Familiarity with data warehouse tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
- Previous startup experience (seed to Series B stage)
- Understanding of multi-tenancy data models and enterprise SaaS architectures
What We Offer- Ownership & Impact: Build our revenue engine from the ground up—you’ll own the entire GTM automation infrastructure
- Cutting-Edge Tech Stack: Work with the latest AI tools and automation platforms
- Learning & Growth: Rapid career growth as we scale—this role will evolve into a leadership position
