What You’ll Lead
- Development and delivery of the financial strategy.
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning.
- Strong governance, controls, compliance and risk management.
- Optimisation of cashflow, working capital and capital structure.
- Evaluation of investment and growth opportunities.
- Key relationships with banks, investors, auditors and senior stakeholders.
- Leadership, development and succession planning for the finance team.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ senior financial leadership experience.
- Proven ability to shape strategy and influence at Board level.
- Experience in fast-paced, supply-chain-driven environments (fresh food desirable).
- Strong people leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Commercial, analytical, credible and highly engaging.
