JOB SUMMARY
Westmont is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of our global organization. The CFO will be a member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing financial reporting, planning, and risk management. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on financial management experience in a dynamic and growing environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, President and COO on financial planning and business operations.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive leadership team.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, performance metrics, and business insights.
- Monitor financial performance and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Supporting M&A opportunities as may be required including analysis.
Accounting, Reporting, and Risk Management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards along with compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage cash flow and banking relationships and provide input to ownership on investment strategies.
- Oversee financing, capital structure, and risk management initiatives.
Operational Efficiency
- Evaluate and optimize financial systems, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Partner with department heads to drive financial discipline across the organization.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 3–5 years in a CFO or senior finance role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry related accounting principles (ASC) accounting standards codification.
- Understanding of principles of corporate and partnership taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business operations
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, BI tools, tableau)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- CPA/CMA or MBA.
- M&A or capital investment project experience
- Scaling manufacturing operations or transitioning through growth phases
- Familiarity with international operations, trade compliance, or multi-entity reporting.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience with Epicor ERP software.

Pay: Salary $280,000-$310,000 per year PLUS discretionary bonus up to 35% of base.
This role is considered exempt and an “ONSITE” role only.
