Senior Manager, Retail GTM Strategy

A market leading consumer products company is hiring a Senior Manager, Go To Market Strategy for its Retail channel. This role sits in the Revenue organization and owns data driven GTM strategy, execution, and channel performance across major retail partners.
What you will do:
- Design and execute GTM strategies that drive sell in, sell through, and market share growth across retail partners
- Lead audience segmentation, analytics, and test and learn initiatives to optimize programs and investments
- Build value propositions and selling stories for new and existing products and guide commercialization plans
- Own cross functional GTM planning with product, sales, supply chain, and operations to deliver revenue and margin goals
- Manage channel P and L, budgeting, and forecasting by customer and segment
- Analyze competitor and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies
- Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key retail partners
What you bring:
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 7+ years in sales or marketing with significant retail channel strategy and planning experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Proven financial acumen and experience owning or influencing P and L
- Track record of leading change and making fast, data driven decisions, including use of basic statistical analysis
- Ability to travel one to two times per quarter within North America
Nice to have: MBA and experience in consumer or durable goods, especially connected or IoT products
