Willcraft Technologies is a trusted, family-owned Managed Service Provider proudly serving the Lloydminster region for over 30 years. We support clients across healthcare, oil & gas, legal, accounting, education, and small/medium business with secure, reliable, proactive IT solutions.
As we enter our next stage of growth, we are building a more scalable sales, service, and customer success engine—and we’re looking for a driven, organized, operations-minded leader to help us get there.
This is not a traditional “sales rep” role.
This is a revenue systems builder role.
About the Role
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for creating the processes, tools, and structure that keep our revenue engine running smoothly. You’ll work directly with leadership to improve:
- lead flow & qualification
- sales pipeline management
- CRM discipline
- client onboarding structure
- QBR preparation
- reporting & forecasting
- coordination between Sales → Operations → Finance
Your work will directly support new MRR growth, expansion of existing clients, and improved customer experience across the board.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Pipeline Operations
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM with clear next steps and follow-ups
- Create and optimize sales workflows, templates, and documentation
- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and pre-call materials
- Coordinate and schedule discovery calls, demos, and onboarding meetings
Revenue Enablement
- Build reporting dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Support leadership with revenue planning and forecasting
- Standardize sales-to-service handoff processes
Client Success Support
- Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) packages
- Assist with onboarding checklists and communication
- Coordinate client updates, renewals, and follow-ups
- Monitor client satisfaction indicators and help identify opportunities
Process & Systems Improvement
- Document and improve procedures for sales, onboarding, and account management
- Introduce tools, automation, and best practices for efficiency
- Help develop repeatable processes that scale with the business

Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or client success support
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients
Nice to Have:
- Experience in an MSP, SaaS, or technology service environment
- Exposure to QBRs, account management, or customer success
- Familiarity with KPIs, forecasting, and reporting dashboards
- Experience creating documentation, templates, or workflows
