Fractional / Interim CFO – Strategic Finance & Capital Markets Leader: Elite Agile Leadership Bench

We embed executives into high value client environments - who excel in environments where rigor, agility, and outcome velocity matter: (ie: VC‑backed scale‑ups, PE environments, pre‑IPO, public‑ready firms, and turnaround scenarios). We need executives who can bring operational discipline, governance maturity and strategic agility.
You will:- Lead finance strategy, forecasting, and execution architecture
- Establish investor‑grade reporting & quarterly cadence
- Build scalable finance teams, systems, and controls
- Partner with CEOs & Boards to allocate capital with discipline
- Drive readiness for audit, financing rounds, or listing
- Introduce adaptive dashboards & operating rhythm.
You bring:- Demonstrated CFO success in scaling, restructuring, or value‑creation roles
- PE / VC exposure or capital market / IPO readiness experience ideal
- Ideally, strengths in:
FP&A, forecasting, scenario modelling
Capital strategy / fundraising / debt / equity
Unit economics optimization & cash excellence
GAAP discipline, audit prep, controls uplift
Board & investor communication.
Tenure matters less than outcomes. We prefer evidence of results delivered.

You bring:- Experience with business growth, funding, IPO process, transformation.
- Strong expertise in Commerce / Finance, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to support decision-making.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proven leadership experience in financial management and strategic planning roles.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance or Accounting is strongly preferred.
- Experience guiding companies through growth phases or IPO processes is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within executive teams.
- Experience with board governance, SEC / CSA regulations and requirements,
- Strong leadership, communication, change management and decision-making skills.
