SalesGineers is hiring a Sales Operations Executive to join its Embedded Sales Operator Pod, supporting enterprise sales teams through structured execution, commercial coordination, and customer relationship management system governance.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on supporting sales teams, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring accurate deal progression in Salesforce.
This role does not involve Salesforce development or programming.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce – User Level)
- Use Salesforce daily from a front-end user perspective
- Maintain accurate opportunity records, deal stages, close dates, deal values, and mandatory fields
- Ensure strong customer relationship management system hygiene for forecasting and reporting
Sales Operations & Commercial Support
- Support the full sales lifecycle, including:
- Statement of Work coordination
- Requests for Proposal and Requests for Information tracking
- Deal Desk support and approval follow-ups
- Assist with commercial documentation:
- Master Service Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Data Processing Agreements
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to unblock deals
- Support deal confidence and prediction tracking as defined by SalesGineers
Seller & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a day-to-day Sales Operations partner for sellers
- Conduct one-on-one follow-ups to collect missing data, ensure Salesforce updates, and track approvals
- Communicate clearly with United Kingdom and Europe-based sales teams
Commercial Awareness
- Working knowledge of:
- Average Order Value
- Annual Recurring Revenue
- Monthly Recurring Revenue
- Gross Revenue Retention
- Net Revenue Retention
- Churn Rate
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (front-end usage only)
- Experience in Sales Operations, Deal Support, or Commercial Operations
- Familiarity with sales deal lifecycles and commercial documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Europe time zone collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
