Role Description
We are seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead and scale all sales functions from our Seaport, MA office.(Hybrid). The CSO will own sales strategy, revenue growth, and key relationships with OEMs, resellers, and retail partners worldwide.
This role is responsible for building and executing sales plans, managing existing accounts, opening new markets and retail channels, and ensuring disciplined sales operations including forecasting, invoicing oversight, and pipeline management. The CSO will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to align sales execution with production capacity.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone excited to scale a science/hardware company from rapid growth into global expansion.
Qualifications
- MBA required
- Experience in robotics, hardware or FDM industries is a plus
- Experience with Amazon and Walmart marketplace is a plus
- Experience managing sales relationships with Best Buy, and Micro Center is a strong plus.
