The kind of person we're looking for:
We are looking for a positive and outgoing person with an interest in sales operations. A tech savvy individual who works well in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency, and an extraordinary attention to detail. This person must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will assist with daily management of sales funnel through reporting and analysis within Sales Force, Gong, and other internal tools. This position will work with Sales Management team to maintain the Sales Force instance and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Salesforce Admin and experience working with the Salesforce CPQ Tool, Excel, and Gong.
The kind of stuff you'll be doing:
- Ensure that the company's sales teams have the data, processes, and tools required to operate at their best.
- Help the sales management team determine the breaking points in processes and where they need to act.
- Manage Sales Force and reporting tools to deliver reporting/analysis as needed
- Deliver accurate reporting that gives a clear picture of our sales funnel and do so in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Provide the insights necessary to optimize Incentive Compensation, Territory Planning, Quota Allocation, Pricing Deal Desk, and Sales Training
- Utilize trend data to forecast future results, build lead scoring models and conduct scenario analysis
- Analyze the sales funnel and proactively provide insights on changes as well as recommended actions to improve performance.
- Provide trend reporting for the sales team on performance, consistently finding opportunities for growth.
- Identify and highlight risks to our current operating plan.
- Supporting enablement efforts to help drive improvement across the sales team.
- Review and Update Salesforce Data as needed to keep company records accurate.
- Work with the Sales and CRO team to help generate custom reports and dashboards
- Prepare reports based on sales opportunities, launch statuses, and MRR projections.
The kind of skills and experience you'll need:
- 2-4 years of Salesforce Admin experience
- Salesforce CPQ Tool experience and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail to review opportunities and sales funnel stages
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
The extra stuff that would be nice:
- Experience using Adobe Editor, a CLM Tool, or Docusign
- Experience with Netsuite
