Duties
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for Oracle database environments, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions using Oracle technologies.
- Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints and documentation that guide implementation and future upgrades.
- Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing strategies, and resource management to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement best practices for data security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance standards across all Oracle systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as quantum engineering principles that could enhance Oracle system capabilities or security measures.
- Provide expert guidance during system integration projects involving Oracle applications and third-party tools.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Oracle Architect or senior database architect with a strong track record of designing complex Oracle solutions.
- Deep understanding of Oracle database administration, architecture principles, and performance tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective strategies.
- Experience integrating emerging technologies such as quantum engineering into enterprise solutions is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
